Mr. LIM Kiah Meng, is an executive Director and Managing Director of the Company, brother of Mr. Lim Kia Hong and brother-in-law of Mr. Lim Hwee Hai. Mr. Lim is one of the co-founders of the Group and had joined the Parentco Group since 1987. He has nearly twenty seven years’ experience in the ICT industry, and is responsible for the Group’s operations in Hong Kong. Since April 2013, Mr. Lim has also been a non-executive director of SiS Thailand, a company whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (BKK: SIS). He is a direcot of ITCL whose shares are listed on DSE and CSE on 10 January 2016 (stock code: ITC). Mr. Lim obtained a master’s degree in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management, US in August 1980.

Mr. FONG Po Kiu, is an executive Director and Co-CEO of the Group. Mr. Fong is responsible for the general management and business operations and development of the Group. Mr. Fong has been working at Synergy since April 2004 and has over twenty years of working experience in the ICT industry in Hong Kong. Mr. Fong has been a full member of The Hong Kong Computer Society since June 2004. Mr. Fong is also a fellow member of bothThe Institute of Chartered Secretaries and administrators, United Kingdom and The Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries since August 2001. Mr. Fong graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic with professional diploma in company secretaryship and administration in November 1990.

Ms. WONG Yi Ting, is an executive Director and the company secretary of the Company. Ms. Wong is responsible for the financial and accounting management of the Group. From September 1997 to April 2001, Ms. Wong worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where she initially acted as a staff accountant I from September 1997 to June 1998 and was promoted to staff accountant II, semi-senior accountant and senior accountant I in July 1998, October 1999 and October 2000, respectively. Since April 2001, Ms. Wong has been serving at SiS HK Limited where she initially held the position of assistant accounting manager and was promoted to finance manager in December 2011 and was subsequently transferred to the business development department in October 2014. Ms. Wong has been a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since April 2001. She is also an associate of Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute.  Ms. Wong obtained a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from City University of Hong Kong in November 1997.

Mr. LIM Hwee Hai, is a non-executive Director and the brother-in-law of Mr. Lim Kiah Meng and Mr. Lim Kia Hong. Mr. Lim is one of the co-founders of the Group and had joined the Parentco Group since 1983. He has over thirty years’ experience in the ICT industry and is responsible for the Parentco Group’s operations in Malaysia, Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2004, Mr. Lim has been a non-executive director of SiS Thailand, a company whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (BKK: SIS). From September 2013 to May 2018, Mr. Lim was an independent non-executive director of Valuemax Group Limited, a company whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore (SGX: T6I). Mr. Lim obtained a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Nanyang University, Singapore in July 1973 and a master’s degree in business administration from the National University of Singapore, Singapore in July 1998.

Mr. Lim Ee Ray, the son of Director Mr Lim Hwee Hai, nephew of Director Mr Lim Kiah Meng, and cousin of Mr. Lim Yi Alex, joined Parentco SiS Group in 2023 as Business Director and is tasked with developing and executing strategies to drive growth of SiS Group. Prior to joining SiS Group, Mr. Ray Lim was the Business Development Director of a Singapore MedTech Startup from 2017 to 2023. From 2011 to 2017, he was involved in various roles at ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., from Business Analyst to Sales and Management to Strategic Initiatives Advisor. Mr. Ray Lim is also a director of a wholly owned subsidiary of SiS International in Singapore, and has been appointed as executive director of SiS International with effect from 1 October 2024. Mr. Ray Lim obtained a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from the National University of Singapore in February 2011. Mr. Ray Lim has been a Professional Member of the Singapore Computer Society since July 2024.

Mr. Lim Yi Alex, is the Business Operations Manager of SiS Group to assist in overseeing its operation since January 2024. He is the son of Director Mr. Lim Kiah Meng, nephew of Director Mr. Lim Hwee Hai and cousin of Mr. Lim Ee Ray. Mr. Alex Lim joined the SiS Group through the Management Trainee Program in 2018 immediately after graduating with a degree from the University of British Columbia. In 2020, he left SiS Group and pursued advanced studies, obtaining a Master’s degree in International Business and Management from the University of Westminster, London in November 2021. In 2022, Mr. Alex Lim expanded his professional experience by joining an early stage SaaS Start-up where he worked until 2023. This role allowed him to gain industry-specific insights. Mr. Alex Lim is also a director of a wholly owned subsidiary of SiS International in Singapore, and has been appointed as executive director in SiS International with effect from 1 October 2024.

Ms. CHU Chung Yi, is an independent non-executive Director of the Company. Ms. Chu worked for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from August 1991 to December 1994. From January 1995 to July 1996, Ms. Chu acted as an accounting manager in the finance and accounts department at Moulin Optical Manufactory Limited. From August 1996 to January 2005,Ms. Chu worked as the financial controller and company secretary of the Parentco Group. Ms. Chu has been an associate of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants since November 1994, the Hong Kong Society of Accountants since January 1995, the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries since April 1997, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration since April 1997 and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since November 1999.Ms. Chu obtained a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from City Polytechnic of Hong Kong in November 1991 and a master’s degree in business administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in December 1999.

Mr. Ma Shiu Sun Michael, has been a practising lawyer for over twenty years and is practicing as a partner and notary public in a Hong Kong law firm in the areas of commercial and corporate matters. Mr. Ma is an independent non-executive director of SiS International for the period from 2 February 2012 to 30 September 2024. He is also an independent non-executive director of two immaterial wholly-owned subsidiaries of SiS International. Mr. Ma holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from London School of Economics, University of London, a Bachelor of Laws from University of Sydney and a Postgraduate Certificate of Laws (P.C.LL) from University of Hong Kong.

During the period between April 1983 and September 2008, Mr. Cheng served various roles in IBM China/Hong Kong Limited, a multinational technology and consulting corporation, and he held the position of GCG channel director in the general management office before he left such company. From September 2008 to September 2011, Mr. Cheng worked as the vice president and general manager of Avnet Partner Solutions, greater China region, a distributor of IT services. He has been an independent non-executive director of Microware Group Limited (HK stock code: 01985) from 14 February 2017. Mr. Cheng received a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in the United States in August 1980 and a master’s degree in business administration from Northern Michigan University in the United States in August 1982.
